We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented IT Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in IT sales, specifically in cloud solutions and software sales. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT landscape, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate leads and close deals. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

– Lead Generation:

• Proactively identify and qualify leads through various channels, including online portals, social media, networking events, and industry publications.
• Utilize online lead generation tools and platforms to identify potential clients.
• Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities.

– Sales Process:

• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.

– Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.

– Market Knowledge:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.
• Understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation.

– Target Achievement:

• Achieve monthly sales targets consistently.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on cloud and software sales.
• Proven track record of lead generation and sales target achievement.
• Strong understanding of the IT industry and cloud computing concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
